So this balancing act of eating healthy and happy is quite hard. Last night you had pizza and beer. It was good and easy. Mentally it was the easy route. Need to do an actual calculation on easy meals. (I think I like this term better than cheat... Cheat makes it seem horrific and that eating healthy is a temporary thing)
